ELIZABETH NICHOLSON

I received my Bachelor’s in Science in Human Development and Family Studies at the University of Utah and my Master’s in Speech Language Pathology at University of Utah.

I currently hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and am licensed by the State of Vermont Department of Office Professional Regulation.

I have worked as an ASHA-certified speech-language pathologist since 20011. Since starting my career, I’ve worked in early intervention, outpatient clinics, and public schools.  I have worked with clients and students with a wide range of abilities and challenges including articulation disorders, phonological disorders, apraxia, language disorders, social communication disorders, learning disabilities, dyslexia, autism, hearing impairment, intellectual disabilities, behavior disorders, and genetic disorders.

About Me: About

When I am not providing speech therapy,  I enjoy spending time with my family outdoors, cooking, reading, and playing music.  I would love to travel more and explore all the different cultures that are out there.  I enjoy coming up with therapy ideas and implementing them with my students.

I am originally from Utah but now reside in Vermont.  I love the scenery and love exploring the state with my family.  I am a mom of three girls.  Their schedules and sporting events keeps me busy when not at work.
